Coline MacDonald, Merna Cox, Robert Carey, Sylvia MacKay, Gloria Feindel, Norma McClary, Avan Joudrey, Jessica Spidle, Helene DeLong, Merle Veinot Meeting was chaired by Jonathan Crouse Minutes of the Oct. 2, 2005 meeting were read. It was moved by Merna and seconded by Jessica that the minutes be passed as read. Motion carried. Wendy gave her financial report which she moved to be adopted as read, seconded by Robert Carey. Motion carried. Bill reported that nothing further has been done to begin a liaison group in the school. He is looking for direction from us. Bill also reported that librarian Margo MacDade is saving newspaper clippings for the Alumni to be placed with other memorabilia for the future. Bill also responded to an earlier request about the legalities of using present student photos (ex. left-over Yearbook pics). When the forms go out to parents next school year for permission, Alumni will be included. We have received music and permission from Jim and Kelly Veinot to use their music on the video – if we don’t get the written permission from Joyce by Nov. 23rd we will go with just the Veinot’s. It was moved by Robert and seconded by Bill that this first Newsletter be sent to all on our data base. Motion carried. The deadline for completion of the Newsletter is Nov. 30th. We will wait until more details are learned about copying, packaging etc. before setting another meeting date. Bill moved the meeting be adjourned, seconded by Gloria Feindel |
