Laurence Carroll Robinson, 76, of Annapolis Royal, died Tuesday, April 29, 1986, in Blanchard Fraser Memorial Hospital, Kentville. Born in Wolfville, he was a son of the late Ernest and Alice (Wood) Robinson. He graduated from Acadia University with a Masters of Art degree in 1932, and in the same year was editor of the Acadia Year Book. He taught school for 38 years and was active in sports, especially swimming and baseball. He spent five years in the Canadian Army during the Second World War and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Port Royal Branch, No.21. He is survived by his wife, the former Helen Killen. He was predeceased by a brother, Berton. The body has been cremated. Graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Aylesford Cemetery, Rev. James MacIntosh officiating. In liue of flowers, donations may be made to the Argon Laser Fund, Annapolis General Hospital.
