Percy R. Mosher, 75, Mahone Bay, died Monday, March 18, 1991, in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in South Brookfield, Queens County, he was a son of the late John and Waite (Smith) Mosher. He was a member of Trinity United Church, Mahone Bay, where he had served as a member of Session and on the committee of stewards. He was a charter member, past president and secretary of Mahone Bay and Area Lions Club. He had been a teacher in various locations throughout Nova Scotia, retiring from Centre Consolidated School as supervisor for the Centre Consolidated- Riverport Sub System. He is survived by his wife, the former Amy Barry Rost; stepdaughter, Arlean (Mrs. David Smeltzer), Mader's Cove; a sister, Elsie (Mrs. Donald Bailly), Lunenburg; a step-granddaughter. He was predeceased by a sister, Gladys; four brothers, Ralph, Earl, Roy, Harry. The body is in Mahone Funeral Home, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Trinity United Church, Rev.Frederick Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Mahone Bay. Donations may be made to Nova Scotia Arthritis Society, Trinity United Church, Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation or any charity.
