Glenfred (Glen) R. Woodworth, 49, Newcombville, died Wednesday in Gold River. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of the late Stanford and Helen (Garber) Woodworth. He was a survey technican with the provincial Department of Transportation and a member of All Saints Lutheran Church and Newcombville and District Fire Department. He is survived by his wife, the former Paulette Hirtle; a son, Kevin; and a daughter, Gail, both of Bridgewater; two sisters, Joyce (Mrs. Vaughn Fraser), Bridgewater; Jean (Mrs.Wilfred Feener), Upper LaHave; two brothers, Wilfred, Dayspring; Calvin, Upper LaHave. The body is in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, where funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. Tim Hoyer officiating. Burial will be in Newcombville Cemetery. Family flowers only.
